ISTELive 2026 is almost here, and if you’re making the trip to Orlando, I want to
put one stop at the top of your must-visit list: **BenQ at booth #2401.** Every
year, BenQ shows up to ISTE ready to talk about what’s actually happening in classrooms—
not just the shiny hardware — and this year looks like their biggest education showcase
yet.

I’ve had the chance to work with the [BenQ](https://teachercast.net/tag/benq/) team
for a while now, and what keeps me coming back to their booth is simple: they build
technology that makes a teacher’s day easier and gives IT teams one less thing to
worry about. So before you map out your show floor route, here’s a look at what
[BenQ](https://teachercast.net/edtech/benq-iste-2025/) is bringing to ISTE this
year — and why I’m genuinely excited to see it in person.

## **What BenQ Is Showcasing at ISTELive 2026**

This year’s focus is **AI-ready classroom technology** that improves collaboration,
strengthens campus communication, and simplifies the management headaches that slow
schools down. Here’s the lineup you can get hands-on with at booth #2401.

### **🖥️ BenQ Board RP05**

The star of the booth is the new[ BenQ Board RP05](https://www.benq.com/en-us/education/benq-board-interactive-displays/rp05-pro-series-board.html),
BenQ’s next-generation interactive display built for engaging instruction and easier
classroom collaboration. It features **built-in AI tools, Google EDLA certification,
and industry-first 50-point touch** — so educators can build more interactive lessons
while IT teams get a platform that’s genuinely easy to deploy and manage.

### **📺 SL04 Digital Signage**

The[ SL04 Digital Signage](https://www.benq.com/en-us/education/digital-signage/sl04-pantone-validated-signage.html)
is the **world’s first Pantone® Validated signage display with Google EDLA certification.**
For schools, that means vibrant, reliable campus communications, announcements,
and digital content — all with centralized management and enterprise-grade security.

### **📡 WDC15 Wireless Presentation System**

The[ WDC15 Wireless Presentation System](https://www.benq.com/en-us/business/wireless-presentation/wdc15.html)
is a secure, app-free way for teachers, students, and guests to instantly share
content from virtually any device — no software installation, no network access,
no complicated setup. If you’ve ever lost five minutes of class trying to get someone’s
screen to show up, this one’s for you.

## **BenQ’s Goals for the Classroom This Year**

What I appreciate about BenQ’s ISTE message is that it stays grounded in classroom
reality. At ISTE 2026, their focus is on equipping schools with **AI-ready technology
that enhances classroom collaboration, strengthens campus communication, and simplifies
technology management for IT teams.** Through the RP05, SL04, and WDC15, BenQ is
helping educators create more engaging, interactive lessons while giving schools
a platform that’s easy to deploy and manage at scale.

## **Meet the Educators at the Booth**

One of my favorite things about the BenQ booth is that it’s built around _educators_,
not just product specs. Throughout the show, BenQ is hosting in-booth presentations
and discussions on practical AI adoption, classroom engagement, and real-world lessons
from today’s classrooms. Featured guests joining the BenQ Education ambassadors
include:

 * **Shannon Miller** — a nationally recognized librarian, author, and speaker (
book signing for _Nabil Goes Global_ on **June 30** at the booth, with a limited
   number of free copies)
 * **Kim Huls** — elementary educator and instructional technology advocate
 * **Eric Curts** — edtech trainer, author, and speaker
 * **Andrew Davies** — educator and community/social media manager at MagicSchool
   AI
 * **Dr. Amber Teamann** — EdTech leader, author, and voice on digital learning
   and leadership
 * **Dr. Monica Burns** — teacher, author, speaker, and education consultant
 * **Anna Kowal** — reading teacher, speaker, and content creator
 * **Naomi Sarelis-Windsor** — high school science teacher focused on hands-on learning
